Are you passionate about driving business outcomes with data insights? We're seeking an exceptional Data Scientist to lead our team in unlocking the potential of data-driven decision making. With expertise in writing efficient and scalable data science code, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a strong background in coding, preferably with Python programming language. You should have a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including Classic Machine Learning, Optimization, LLMs/RAGs, and Deep Learning. Additionally, experience with Gen AI is a plus. As a Data Scientist at our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our data science strategy and contributing to our mission of harnessing the power of data to drive innovation. Responsibilities: Develop and implement data science solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven products and services Design and deliver training programs to improve data science capabilities across the organization Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and apply them to drive business value Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field Strong background in coding, preferably with Python programming language Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proven experience in working with machine learning algorithms, including Classic Machine Learning, Optimization, LLMs/RAGs, and Deep Learning Experience with Gen AI is a plus What we offer: A dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive compensation and benefits package
