Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Account Managers to identify needs, seek, attract, interview, and qualify candidates for specific roles.
  • Develop, drive, and execute sourcing strategies to recruit candidates and build/cultivate a talent pool of industry-leading professionals.
  • Extensive contact with candidates via phone, email, and in person.
  • Utilize your network, job sites, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates according to our requirements.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
  • Recruit IT professionals and place them in high-level technical positions across various client companies.
  • Become an expert in your candidate portfolio and be able to sell the full range of our services.
Requirements and Skills
  • Complete or ongoing higher education.
  • Previous experience in goal-oriented environments.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
  • Proactive professional, good team relationship, self-managed, eager to learn.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
