AI Production Engineer

AI Production Engineers are technically skilled individuals with a commitment to troubleshoot and create solutions for technical production issues within DataForce data services projects including: script development for data manipulation and defining strategies for project executions.
The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, working alongside our Solutions Engineers and Technology Project Managers to develop creative solutions for handling complicated workflows ad project executions. They are self-motivated to learn and become an expert in data services and our company’s technology products
Role ResponsibilitiesProvide daily, project-based technical support to production and sales departmentsFacilitate company-wide technology rolloutsAssist project managers and external contributors in troubleshooting issues related to the project processesImplement automation for asset pre- and post-processing to enhance efficiencyDevelop scripts and/or macros in various programming languages to automate repetitive tasks performed by project managers, optimizing workflowGenerate various file types as per project requirements, including re-coding and script writing as necessary, ensuring compliance with client specifications and data integrityValidate new features in our DataForce technology productsWork closely with Software Product Managers to report and test fixes for bugs found by product users Perform other special projects or duties when requiredAutomate asset pre- and post-processing tasks through scripting and macro writing in various programming languages
Role Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBusiness English language proficiencyScripting knowledge in Python, Java or VBHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe softwareHigh level of proficiency in Windows platformStrong analytical, problem-solving and reasoning skillsAbility to identify problems, propose solutions, and make effective decisionsExceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate important project updates both verbally and in writingAdaptability to new challenges and continuous learningHigh-level scripting and programming abilitiesCapability to visualize and present different types of data
Role Requirements – Education and/or ExperienceMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent2 – 3 years of experience in a similar roleExperience with REST APIsExperience meeting project deliverable dates on tight schedules and within a defined scopeExperience with Mac and Windows platforms (no certifications needed)Experience with API/commands of storage cloud services (like AWS S3, Google Cloud, MS Azure, FTP, Box, etc.)Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environmentExperience working in a cross-functional/matrix organization
Preferred Role RequirementsProficiency in Linux systemsKnowledge of JSON and XML are highly desiredExperience creating schemas in JSONKnowledge of regular expressions within programming tasksExperience as Project Lead on a notable and/or innovativeIndustry specific development
