Job Title: Business Partner Enablement Specialist About this role: This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Partner Enablement Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with channel partners to develop strategic learning plans that drive business outcomes. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client learning programs, conduct partner needs analysis, and propose relevant learning plans. Strong commercial awareness, data analytics, and technical prowess are essential skills for this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop frameworks to assess capability and capacity workforce skill gaps in partner organizations. Conduct thorough partner needs analysis at business, technical, and learning levels. Enable consulting conversations with business leaders in partner teams to understand their drivers and challenges. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an L&D consultant or in a business-facing consultant role driving outcomes. A bachelor's degree in Engineering and Computer Science, or a related field.
