Job Title: Territory Development Manager About the Role: We are seeking a Territory Development Manager to drive sales growth in Brazil, Argentina and wider Latin America. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive revenue growth. Build strong pipelines and long-term relationships with clients, prospects and key stakeholders through regular engagement and business reviews. Coordinate the set-up and future management of an agencies' network while monitoring competitors, market trends and risks. Support tenders, prepare quotations, negotiate agreements and contribute to closing sales. Represent us at client meetings, industry events and exhibitions to promote services and strengthen brand presence in the region. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Logistics or Supply Chain Management. 8–10 years of proven experience in sales, business development and account management within the logistics/transportation sector (ocean and air freight, import/export), with a strong track record in Latin American markets. Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish (oral and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems. Ability to travel extensively across Brazil, Argentina, wider Latin America and occasionally to our headquarters in Europe. Skillset: You should have: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver growth. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Consultative sales approach with proven negotiation skills. Ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels. Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven.
