About the Role The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts forward. This exciting opportunity combines project coordination with client relationship management. Main Responsibilities Client Collaboration & Project Oversight: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable tasks, regularly meeting to review progress and deliverables. Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials that meet our standards. Communication & Task Management: Ensure seamless communication through meetings and reviews of final deliverables, guaranteeing all project management tools are up-to-date and accurate. Resource Planning & Problem Solving: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement creative solutions to overcome obstacles. Strategic & Process-Oriented Thinking: Contribute to shaping our overall marketing strategy, continuously improve internal workflows, and foster strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
