B2B Outbound Marketing Manager

This full-time and remote position offers flexible working hours. Availability is required during core hours from 8 AM to 2 PM CDT (GMT-6 winter time, GMT-5 summer time), Monday through Thursday. Outside of these core hours, you have the flexibility to manage your schedule as long as you meet deadlines and job responsibilities. Your future tasks Team Leadership & Management - Lead and mentor the Outbound Marketing Automation and Marketing Research leads, guide their teams, oversee daily operations, and promote accountability and growth through regular 1:1s and team meetings. Outbound Strategy & Execution - Oversee the outbound marketing strategy end-to-end, from targeting and prospecting to messaging and engagement. Build scalable, automated campaigns across LinkedIn and other B2B channels and refine processes to maximize impact. Data, Research & Insights - Collaborate with the Marketing Research team to identify high-value accounts and opportunities; analyze campaign data to deliver insights that boost conversions and ROI. Stay updated on automation trends and buyer behavior. Collaboration & Alignment - Align outbound campaigns with broader sales and marketing strategies; ensure smooth integration with GTM initiatives and drive strong lead flow and effective follow-up.
