60-Day Success Blueprint

• Within 30 Days: Select the AI tools you plan to implement, then collaboratively design and launch our v1 lead-generation agent: sourcing and enriching prospect lists using tools like Clay or Apollo, sending tailored cold emails and LinkedIn messages, and scheduling appointments using Zoho Bookings and CRM to effectively manage leads and opportunities.
• Within 60 Days: Deliver a proof-of-concept that transcribes client meetings, generates personalized job postings based on client requirements, and publishes these job postings to Workable via API.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect, code, and own agent workflows (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or your proven alternative).
• Integrate SaaS stack—Workable, Clay, Apollo, Zoho CRM, Slack—via REST/GraphQL, webhooks, or serverless functions.
• Stand up vector-DB/RAG components (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) when retrieval outperforms prompt-only.
• Build CI/CD, observability, and alerting; no "set-and-forget" agents.
• Set weekly metrics, A/B prompt variants, and iterate fast.
• As demand for AI grows internally and for client services, help hire and coach junior engineers & ops to ideate and ship future AI solutions.

Must-Haves for This Role

• Track Record: 3 + LLM / agent systems in production (not hackathons). Provide links, demos, or client references.
• Languages & Tooling: Expert Python and one typed language (TS/Go/Java). LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent mastery.
• Data & Infrastructure: Hands-on with vector DBs, embeddings, RAG, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs; Docker; CI/CD; cloud serverless (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Collaboration: Excellent written English; thrives in async, documentation-heavy culture.

Nice-to-Haves for This Role

• Growth Context: Built or automated outbound funnels—email, LinkedIn, or similar—with measurable revenue impact.
• Tech API Familiarity: Prior experience with Zoho One, Workable, or Deel APIs.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in Recruiting, HR, or B2B SaaS.

Compensation

This is a full-time contract role with regionally adjusted compensation:

• LATAM: $3,500–$5,500/month
• Eastern Europe: $4,000–$6,000/month
• North America: $6,000–$9,000/month

Exceptional candidates outside these ranges will still be considered.
