The Role As Senior Marketing Designer at Shoplift, you'll be the visual voice of our brand in market. You'll create the high-quality lead magnets, ad templates, product marketing materials, and landing page designs that help prospects understand why Shoplift matters—not through words, but through compelling visuals that show, don't tell. This isn't traditional marketing design work. You're not making generic social graphics or simple banner ads. You're creating sophisticated B2B SaaS marketing assets that need to match the quality bar set by our product design while serving a marketing purpose. Your work needs to stop the scroll, communicate value instantly, and convert prospects into customers. Our brand is bold, witty, and unapologetically different, which is one of our competitive advantages. But there's nuance here : we're daring without being whimsical, distinctive without being disorganized, confident without being loud. We need a designer who grasps this balance. The creative challenge? We're marketing to marketers. Our customers are some of the best B2C marketers in the world—the people running growth at brands like KITH, Liquid Death, and Casper. They recognize great brand work when they see it because it's what they do every day. If you're inspired by the idea of "brand recognizes brand" and want to create marketing design that makes sophisticated marketers stop and take notice, this is your opportunity. You'll work closely with our Demand Generation org to understand what campaigns need, what's converting, and what to build next. You'll also collaborate with Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to surface the stories and data that make our marketing materials resonate. What You'll Do Marketing Creative & Campaign Assets Design static ad templates for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels that stop marketers mid-scroll Create lead magnets (ebooks, guides, one-pagers) that look premium and convert Build comparison visuals (before / after, without Shoplift vs. with Shoplift) that make value instantly clear Design testimonial formats and social proof assets that work across channels Create templated creative systems that can be adapted for different campaigns while maintaining brand consistency Brand & Sales Materials Create feature landing page designs that follow "show-don't-tell" philosophy Build sales collateral, one-pagers, and partnership marketing materials Design email headers, presentation templates, and other recurring brand assets Extend and evolve Shoplift's visual identity as we scale Product Marketing Visualization Design product marketing materials that highlight the excellence of the app Create motion graphics and other dynamic visuals for various web mediums Build a library of reusable marketing assets that maintain visual consistency You'll contribute immediately—creating assets from week one while learning the product, our customers, and what resonates in market. You're a Great Fit If... Must-haves 5+ years as a marketing or brand designer with a strong B2B SaaS portfolio Expert-level Figma proficiency—you build organized, scalable systems You understand brand nuance—the difference between bold and loud, confident and gimmicky, distinctive and chaotic Template-based thinking—you create assets others can adapt and reuse English proficiency for daily collaboration with US-based team Portfolio demonstrating marketing design work that shows personality and sophistication (applications without portfolio won't be considered) Nice-to-haves Experience with ecommerce, Shopify, or conversion optimization tools Motion design or animation skills Performance marketing background (you understand what makes ads convert) You've designed for marketing-savvy audiences before and know how to earn their attention You'll thrive if you Get excited by the challenge of marketing to marketers—people who recognize great work Can take a brief and run with it without extensive art direction Work well asynchronously across time zones Move fast, iterate based on feedback, and don't take revisions personally Care about business outcomes, not just beautiful design Appreciate brand personality and aren't afraid to push creative boundaries (within reason) What We Offer Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 USD annually Benefits: Flexible remote work Generous time off policy Work with a US-based team on a fast-growing product with a distinctive brand Build your portfolio with high-quality B2B SaaS work that stands out Collaborate with our product designer (also Brazil-based) on maintaining design consistency How to Apply Applications without a portfolio submitted through this link won't be considered : When submitting you'll be asked to include : Your portfolio (PDF, website, or Figma link showing B2B SaaS marketing work) A short note and example marketing asset (3-4 sentences) : Show us one marketing asset you're proud of and tell us why it worked.
