Role The Sales Enablement & CRM team ensures that our sales organization operates with the tools, processes, and training needed to perform at its peak. As a Sales Enablement Sr Analyst, you will support sales training, onboarding, and playbook development, ensuring that sales teams and partners are equipped with the appropriate tools, knowledge, and materials to succeed. Responsibilities Assisting in sales onboarding programs for new hires Supporting the creation of sales playbooks and toolkits Coordinating partner training sessions on platform and processes Helping design proposal and closing toolkits Supporting follow-up and education loops with partners Preparing materials, presentations, and reports for enablement sessions Qualifications Background in Business, Marketing, or related fields Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to organize training content and collaborate with sales leaders Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is a strong plus Proactivity, curiosity, and strong attention to detail Why you’ll enjoy working at DiDi We create user value by delivering safe, pleasant, and efficient experiences.
