Responsibilities
  • Customer facing role and relationship. Contribute as a team member and in partnership with peers and the broader organization to achieve results.
  • Manage demands versus priorities, understand impacts on service metrics in pursuing continuous improvement. Lead efforts to ensure response time aligns with customer and business needs.
  • Support the service business, manage budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or similar; experience >3 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry.
  • Proven hands-on service experience (pre and post installation, on-site and remote), with skills in processes and KPIs; able to lead execution of action plans for deviations.
  • English: intermediate; Portuguese: native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese.
Travel
  • Available for travel >40% of work time; willing to be on site with customers.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
