Sr. Program Manager - Seller Experience, FBA Brazil Join to apply for the Sr. Program Manager - Seller Experience, FBA Brazil role at Amazon. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to support operations, fulfillment, seller experience and seller performance for Amazon’s Brazil team. Over 2 million sellers in 10 countries list their products. The role will drive initiatives that enhance seller experience, launch new features, and improve performance. Description As a Program Manager, you will be the key link between product and business teams in Brazil. You will capture seller feedback from multiple sources, surface trust‑busters, create business cases, lead go‑to‑market plans for product launches, manage stakeholder relationships, and monitor key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Capture sellers’ feedback from multiple sources, understanding pain points and opportunities. Surface trust‑busters and create business cases with proposed solutions. Lead go‑to‑market plans for product launches, coordinating across stakeholders. Work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic operational initiatives that impact sellers. Review performance on key metrics, provide programmatic input, and ensure accountability. Identify gaps, pain points and opportunities in existing processes. Dive deep on issues to differentiate isolated from structural problems. Develop creative solutions that improve seller experience. Balance competing priorities and use resources efficiently. Influence product roadmap prioritization and create business cases. Organize GTM plans, map risks, develop adoption strategies, and guarantee launches' success. Communicate performance, root‑cause analysis, and improvement areas. Incorporate benchmarking from local competitors and best practices. Basic Qualifications Experience in program or project management. Data‑driven mindset: use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading process improvements.
