About the Team / Role The Fintech Ops Center HRBP Manager will support the BR Fintech HRBP Senior Manager in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position involves HR tactical support for Risk Ops Center leaders, implementing policies and mechanisms that drive business success and employee engagement. In this role you’ll be... Partner with the Ops Center Director and operational leaders, providing HR processes and policies. Write, review, and translate policies; develop training to ensure team assimilation. Offer HR support, guidance, training, and coaching to operational leaders. Work with HR COE areas to improve the full employee life‑cycle experience—recruiting, onboarding, communication, performance, and off‑boarding. Run operational HR cycles: target setting, promotion, performance reviews, eNPS and variable pay audit. Support employee off‑boarding, ensuring compliance and effective communication. Organize culture and engagement events and run recurring recognition programs. Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular KPI reporting. Analyze data from multiple sources to identify people‑management patterns and propose process improvements. Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies, collaborating with HROps, Payroll, Employee Relations and Legal. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and investigations. Partner with Mexico HRBP to standardize processes across countries. We’re eager to be in touch because you have... Graduated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Results‑oriented, highly organized, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Strong relationship‑building skills; able to connect with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. Experience in operational environments such as call centers or BPOs. You'll love working at DiDi because...
