Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value. Our team creates the designs for Pressure Pumping based on the well properties. We guarantee that our operations stay stable and robust during the life of the well. Responsibilities Provides assistance to the Field Specialist and is capable in the operation of Baker Hughes equipment, monitors and records the progression of service and use of materials at the job site Works closely with clients and other Baker Hughes Personnel while effectively delivering world class Services Coordinates with employees on site while performing the job and assuring compliance with customer and Baker Hughes safety requirements Assures that all Baker Hughes safety and operations policies and standard practices are adhered to Monitors and documents all maintenance on equipment or reports status to preclude unnecessary equipment down time Confers with the customer and Baker Hughes personnel to verify well data and offers recommendations Maintaining an open and business-like relationship with the company representative Qualifications Have a Technical Degree in a related field Regular situation with the CFT or CREA Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions Have experience motivating the team Be fluent in English (preferable) and Portuguese and excellent all-round communication skills Location Northeast, Brazil Benefits Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities Comprehensive private medical care options Safety net of life insurance and disability programs Tailored financial programs Additional elected or voluntary benefits About Us With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
