Affiliates Manager

Overview

We're hiring an Affiliates Manager with strong experience in the iGaming industry to drive affiliate acquisition, relationship building, and performance optimization. This is a revenue-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic partnerships and understands compliance, tracking tools, and affiliate psychology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM and global markets
• Negotiate deals and commission structures
• Monitor affiliate traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Optimize creatives, tracking links, and landing pages
• Ensure partners adhere to brand and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• 2+ years in iGaming affiliate marketing
• Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish
• Familiarity with tools like HasOffers, Impact, or Cellxpert
• Data-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
