Essential Job Functions/Funciones Esenciales Del Trabajo

  • Lead event annual planning , aligning with brand strategy and ensuring timelines, logistics, and deliverables are met for execution. Staff planning, with appropriate employees, vendors for all on-site event staff with event goals and proper brand representation.
  • Liderar la planificación anual del evento, alineándose con la estrategia de marca y garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos, la logística y los resultados para su ejecución.   • Oversee the annual contract process (scope and approvals). Project approvals in internal forums (i.e. FPF) including presentations and budget.

  • Supervise on-site setup, execution, and teardown to ensure flawless delivery and quick resolution of any operational issues.

  • Oversee inventory, storage, and maintenance of event assets to ensure availability and brand consistency across activations.

  • Ensure all event elements strictly follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency in image, messaging, and experience.

  • Manage budget efficiently and contract negotiation with agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality event execution.

  • Lead the events presentations during internal and specific bottlers meetings.

  • Event recaps - photos, SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat), sampling overview and provide key takeaways to inform future planning.

Position Requirements/Requisitos Del Puesto
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or other related fields.
  • Se prefiere una licenciatura en marketing, comunicaciones, hostelería, relaciones públicas o otras áreas afines.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in event production, event, convention planning, marketing.
