Como Senior Account Manager, você irá atuar na construção de parcerias sólidas com instituições educacionais. Será responsável por compreender as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções estratégicas e personalizadas.

Como Senior Account Manager, você vai:

  • Prospectar e desenvolver relações comerciais com escolas, grupos educacionais;
  • Direcionar e entender as demandas dos clientes, nos diversos formatos de venda para entidades mistas;
  • Realizar a gestão da carteira de clientes através da análise das vendas (volume, margem e prazo de faturamento), carteira de inadimplência e contratos (data de vencimento, condições e oportunidades de renovação), antecipando e atendendo possíveis demandas por meio da análise de comportamento dos clientes;
  • Identificar, ofertar e capturar oportunidades de negócios/novos produtos (ampliação, verticalização e ultra solução);
  • Atuar na retenção de clientes por meio de relacionamento comercial, negociações e ações proativas;
  • Elaborar propostas, analisando e dimensionando o projeto, simulando decisões de investimento e discutindo condições comerciais com o cliente, para estabelecimento do contrato;
  • Conduzir reuniões e acompanhar a implantação de novos projetos;
  • Realizar planejamento de ações na carteira de clientes;
  • Trabalhar em equipe, com foco na alavancagem do negócio;
  • Realizar diagnósticos de soluções e níveis tecnológicos de clientes e prospects;
  • Realizar gestão de processos e documentos pertinentes a burocracia de processos;
  • Gerir relacionamento com parceiro de canal.

Requisitos desejados:

  • Experiência e conhecimento Comercial em vendas SAAS e produtos educacionais;
  • Vendas Customizadas;
  • Habilidades em Prospecção;
  • Experiência no uso e gestão de carteira através de ferramentas de CRMs;
  • Habilidades de Negociação, Comunicação e Organização.
