WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will join our Technology Delivery team within our Enterprise Technology practice, serving end-to-end technology and digital transformations for our priority clients. You can look forward to being embedded in teams consisting of other driven and curious Bain staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Mission

  • Support the day-to-day implementation of technology transformation projects.
  • Maintain direct engagement with clients and assume responsibility for major components of the project.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing project management strategies.
  • Focus on delivery assurance to ensure the efficient implementation of strategic recommendations.
  • Improve efficiency and quality of clients’ business processes.
  • Identify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis.
  • Drive clients to action by developing comprehensive plans to implement strategic recommendations.

Essential Functions

  • Participate in end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects.
  • Establish and implement PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX.
  • Support initiatives and assist in project management processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance against key metrics.
  • Collaborate with project teams to document and communicate project progress.
  • Manage and ensure execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Help in preparing and refining project deliverables.

ABOUT YOU

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fields.
  • Preferred: Courses in digital/tech transformation.

Experience

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting or a start-up environment.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Sound knowledge in IT operating models and enterprise architecture.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience using specific project management tools in large IT transformations.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
