The FX Operations Investors senior analyst will be responsible for the processing of the FX trades of non-resident investors in the Brazilian market, in accordance with the local FX regulation and the internal policies. In addition to having a focus on the risk assessment inherent to the processes, it is expected that the Operations analyst constantly analyze the current processes to seek improvements and automations opportunities.**Responsibilities**:- To ensure the FX Operations processing activities are being completed in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with the procedures, internal policies and regulatory rules, being always updated with the legal aspects that support the processes, avoiding deviations that could compromise the franchise;- Work closely with teammates, internal stakeholders and clients to ensure all transactions are promptly processed;- To have oversight over the operational cycle of all trades and additional processes of the area (accounting, reconciliation, reports);- Engage the team in being the best for our clients (both external and internal);- To take initiative to identify potential risks and opportunities for process and controls improvement;- Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvement;- Onboard new clients in accordance with operational procedures;- Minimize bank risk, and provide solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies- Manage, escalate and resolve all requests / inquiries / issues / errors and identify policy gaps and formulate policies to streamline processes- Provide informal guidance and/or on-the-job-training to new team members**Q**ualifications**:- 3+ years of FX operations experience - Foreign Investors clients/4373 regulation is a plus;- Banking operations experience;- Knowledge of bank accounting- Advanced English- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication;- Flexibility and organization to work with tight deadlines; Self-motivation and ability to take initiatives to identify potential risks and to implement process improvements;- Result oriented; High level of accuracy and attention to details, including problem solving skills;- Team working skills and collaborative attitude;- Energetic, enthusiastic, positive and proactive;- Flexibility and organization to work with tight dead lines- Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative to identify potential risks and areas of opportunity- Excellent team working- Energetic, enthusiastic, positive and proactive**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred- MBA/post graduate degree should be considered as a plus- **Job Family Group**:Operations - Transaction Services- **Job Family**:Cash Management- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
