IT Professional Network Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Network Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows AD and VMWare, as well as excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to map current server landscapes (Windows/VMWare/AD) ">
• Perform GP analysis and plan roadmaps for upgrades/sanitizations ">
• Execute roadmap plans to upgrade server landscapes ">
• Typical tasks: case resolutions, server build checklist validation, server build image/OS binary repository management, server hardening and release to production process, virtualization, server Active Directory/LDAP integration, agent installation, server patching, log analysis and problem identification, file system corruption recovery/inode fix, firmware upgrade, hardware upgrade/replacement process planning, regular server health check, performance monitoring, critical resource monitoring and alerting, CPU/Memory/Disk utilization alerts, account/group creation/password reset/general activities, IT inventory management, documentation and reporting, ticket distribution, sizing and resolution, server decommissioning and commissioning. ">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• ">
• Datacenter On-Premises experience with medium/low platform - Unix/Intel platform - HCI Dell VXRail and Standard 3 layer topology - Application/Processing/Storage ">
• Proven experience in Datacenter On-Premises, MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS, VMWare for Servers Virtualization, AD Active Directory, LAN/WAN Network configuration (Cisco/HP), Tools like Stack TCP-IP v.4/v6 ">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ">
• Experience clarifying doubts and guiding users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use ">
• Ability to identify, collect evidence and immediately report to Microsoft/Customer support for critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction; ">
• Experience analyzing hardware requirements for software installation; ">
• Define tasks for health checks, operation, create/delete users, virtual machines, virtual network, reallocate instances if need it, monitor infra, deploy new instances, patches, ">
• Test new features and provide analysis for compatibility among application and Windows/Linux for different versions ">
• Execute upgrade/downgrade/reinstall version for OS (Windows) ">
• Collaborate in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision ">
• Create runbooks and keep up to date documentation for DC Windows/Linux aspects ">
• Ability to execute runbook accordingly incident event ">
• Ability to find right SOP and provide feedback for improvements ">
• Good learner, good approach for challenges ">
• Desirable skills: Advanced/Fluent English, Experience in Linux RedHat/Suse, Certification in MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS, VMWare for Servers Virtualization, Network knowledge, Knowledge on Azure/AWS cloud, Knowledge on Zabbix/Grafana monitoring, Execute upgrade/downgrade/reinstall version for OS (Linux) ">
