QAT Global, a US-based IT consulting firm with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a Senior Cloud Native Developer to join our growing team. We are proud to deliver world-class technology solutions with teams across the US, Costa Rica, and Brazil. This is a full-time, remote position (CLT hire in Brazil only), offering the opportunity to collaborate directly with our US-based client and international development teams. About the role: As a Senior Cloud Native Developer , you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, cloud-native applications using Azure and . NET technologies . You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement high-quality software solutions that follow modern engineering practices. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in Azure cloud services , microservices , and backend development , combined with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Azure services , . NET Core , and C#. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions to ensure smooth and automated deployments. Define and manage infrastructure as code (Ia C) using Pulumi . Develop microservices and event-driven architectures leveraging Azure Functions , Azure Service Bus , and Cosmos DB . Build and optimize RESTful APIs , ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with architects, QA, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Apply best practices for monitoring , logging , and application performance management . Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: Strong experience in software development with . NET Core and C#. Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services , including Azure Functions , Service Bus , and Cosmos DB . Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems . Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts , including hands-on experience with Git Hub Actions or similar tools. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using Pulumi , Terraform , or similar frameworks. Experience building and managing containers (Docker) and working with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes). Strong understanding of software design principles , clean code , and best engineering practices . Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in distributed, cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms. Familiarity with Application Insights , Grafana , or other monitoring tools. Understanding of Mule Soft or similar integration platforms. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
