Our AI teammates work like a growth team in a box :

• The Rainmaker (CTV Agent) : Launches premium CTV ads in under 10 minutes.
• The Closer (Voice AI Agent) : Calls every inbound lead in under 60 seconds, qualifies, and books appointments.

Together, they solve the two hardest problems in SMB growth: creating demand and capturing it instantly.

We’re hiring a Prompt Engineer to focus exclusively on making our Voice AI agent the best closer in the market. Your work will shape how SMBs experience Atlas every time a lead calls — from the first “hello” to a booked appointment.

You’ll fine-tune how the Closer sounds, qualifies leads, overcomes objections, and delivers certainty. You’ll obsess over tone, clarity, and persuasion — because speed-to-lead only matters if the call actually converts.

• Engineer Voice Prompts & Scripts: Create, test, and refine prompts that make our AI sound natural, persuasive, and human-like.
• Design Call Flows: Map and optimize how the AI handles objections, FAQs, and booking scenarios.
• Measure & Optimize: Use conversion rates, booking data, and call recordings to continuously improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales & Product: Ensure the AI reflects real-world sales best practices and SMB-friendly language.
• Push Human-Like Precision: Balance warmth, brevity, and performance so no lead ever feels robotic.

• Exceptional Communication Skills — you write and speak with clarity, persuasion, and empathy.
• Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Strong background in conversational design, scripting, and data-driven iteration
• Analytical mindset — you track performance data to improve scripts and flows.
• Fast learner with a bias for testing in-market, not over-planning.
• Owner mentality — you optimize for SMB ROI, not vanity metrics.
