Team Overview Responsible for the quantity and quality of merchant supply, and continuously optimizing merchant operations. Role Responsibilities Acquisition Planning : Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities across different dimensions, and guide the BD team to efficiently acquire high-value merchants. Operation Policies : Adjust operational policies to improve merchant supply quality, solve merchant issues, boost merchant connectivity and productivity, and ensure healthy platform operations. Merchant Promotion : Develop merchant promotion strategies, leverage merchant subsidy resources, and collaborate with the BD team for implementation. Micro-Market Competition : Develop competitive maps, design exclusive strategies for key merchants, and align merchant activities to increase market share in target areas. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with the Delivery team to balance supply and demand, and improve delivery experience. Role Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of work experience; experience in internet merchant strategy, business analysis, or related fields is preferred. Strong logical and structured thinking, skilled in summarizing and refining information; data-sensitive with basic data analysis skills. Honest, good at communication and collaboration, self-motivated. Proficient in English as a working language. Experience in international business. Proficient in SQL. Outgoing personality.
