About the Role We are seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead media negotiations and strategy for offline, online channels and events management. You will be responsible for the end-to-end media and events process - from negotiation and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis - ensuring maximum ROI and brand impact for our food delivery technology platform. Job Responsibilities Lead negotiations with media partners and agencies across digital and traditional channels, securing optimal terms and value for the brand. Develop and execute integrated media strategies, balancing online (social, display, programmatic, influencers, etc.), offline (TV, radio, OOH, print) and events investments. Using data analytics, determine the best media outlet mix and optimize our campaigns accordingly. If necessary, build models to understand and improve performance. Oversee media planning, buying, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaign goals. Monitor media performance, analyze campaign results, and present actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams (social strategy, brand, business intelligence) and external partners to optimize media mix and drive business growth. Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control throughout negotiation and execution phases. Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms, and industry benchmarks to inform strategy and innovation. Job Requirements Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams. Strong negotiation skills, especially in media plan negotiations and vendor management. Solid experience in media planning, buying, and performance analysis. Proven track record in negotiating with media vendors and agencies. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate results into strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in technology, e-commerce, or food delivery industries is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
