Join our team as a Project Analyst and work on technology projects for global leaders Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the implementation of the Medallia solution; Training and guiding clients in the use of Medallia services; Configuring and optimizing surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows; Conducting tests to ensure the quality and performance of all deliverables. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree completed; Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory; Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn; Passion for data, technology, and user experience; Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
