About the Role:

We are looking for PHP Senior Developers to join our Development team and participate in various projects with multicultural, distributed teams worldwide. We seek proactive, team-oriented individuals passionate about programming in PHP and dedicated to providing the best user experience. Developers will face numerous technical challenges, utilizing current technologies and engaging with mobile, web applications, devices, and more.

Main Activities:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Resolve the organization's most technically challenging issues.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Guide architecture for large features impacting multiple parts of the company, identifying issues and raising concerns for mitigation.
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve applications and development processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with PHP, with strong front-end skills.
  • Experience in workflow management, design, and implementation across all stages.
  • Collaborate with the development team on technical challenges, code upgrades, working closely with architects, developers, business analysts, testers, and product owners.
  • Contribute to technical documentation.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Zend, Laravel, Symfony is desirable.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
