Sobre a vaga: Buscamos um(a) Especialista em Redes para garantir continuidade operacional, segurança, conectividade e alta disponibilidade durante essa transição crítica. Este(a) profissional será peça-chave na sustentação e evolução do ambiente enquanto novas redes ganham independência. Responsabilidades: Atuar na administração e operação das soluções Palo Alto: Prisma Access, Prisma Cloud e Prisma SD-WAN. Configurar e manter políticas de segurança baseadas em aplicação, identidade e contexto. Monitorar performance e segurança, atuando no tratamento de incidentes e troubleshooting. Participar da separação das redes entre países, com apoio a ambientes pós-cutover. Suporte a times globais e interação direta com o time de Networking do Reino Unido. Analisar logs, realizar tunning e melhorias contínuas. Colaborar com equipes internas de infraestrutura, segurança e operações. Registrar documentações técnicas, procedimentos e diagramas. Requisitos: Inglês fluente - irá participar ativamente de reuniões em inglês, em um time global. Sênior/Especialista em redes e infraestrutura. Experiência prática com Palo Alto (Prisma Access, Prisma Cloud e SD-WAN). Conhecimento em protocolos de roteamento, especialmente BGP. Vivência em ambientes híbridos e multicloud. Certificações Palo Alto (PCNSE, PCNSA, PCCSE). Experiência com Cisco e transição de ambientes Cisco → Palo Alto. Domínio de segurança em nuvem, Zero Trust e automação.
