Sales Development Representative - EdTech

Job Description

We are seeking a talented sales professional to drive product adoption at educational institutions. As a rapidly growing company with international presence, we need someone who is ambitious in sales and eager to grow with a dynamic team.

This role involves developing and managing a robust pipeline of accounts, progressing opportunities from prospecting to closure. You will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets by presenting the product online and in-person to researchers, faculty, and librarians.

You will execute targeted outbound sales campaigns via cold calls, emails, and in-person engagement, analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions on priorities. Collaboration with other team members is essential to deliver on sales targets and team projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, STEM publishing, or SaaS
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online
  • Experience with Salesforce and platforms like Hubspot
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and product users
  • Self-motivated, initiative, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills
  • A drive to succeed and proven resilience in overcoming challenges
