Position ChallengesYou’ll be responsible for leading the development of new products (refrigerators), solving factory and field-related issues, and driving improvement initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to engineering excellence.This position requires two-month period travel to Korea availability for training (December to February).ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with HQ R&D teams on design, testing, and product developmentCo-develop parts with local suppliers and lead technical meetingsPrepare reports on product development, cost reduction, and performanceSolve factory and field issues related to product functionalityMonitor FFR and process defect indicators, lead improvement projectsManage KPIs, service provider activities, and R&D team performanceConduct presentations and align with senior management and global stakeholdersPlan and execute cost-reduction initiativesDrive continuous improvement through cost innovation and process optimizationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fieldsSolid experience in engineering / product development and refrigeration technologyExperience as a Project LeaderProficiency in technical drawing interpretation and 3 D prototyping tools (Inventor, Solid Edge, CAD)Strong leadership skillsAdvanced English proficiency (will be tested)Technical course or post-graduation in project management or related areas (desirable)Valid passport (for international travel)
