Marketing Operations Analyst

About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven, and creative Marketing Operations Analyst to own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives of Bybit in Brazil. You will play a key role in scaling marketing operations, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable results across campaigns and regions. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, set up, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to delivery. Continuously iterate, improve, and build scalable marketing workflows and operational frameworks. Manage and optimize performance across multiple channels — Email Marketing, Push Notifications, Landing Pages, Social Media, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Ads, and more. Collaborate closely with designers, translators, copywriters, operators, and developers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. Lead quarterly planning for regional deliverables and team budgets; ensure efficient budget control and ROI optimization. Coordinate and analyze A/B tests across strategies, cohorts, and channels to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Deliver actionable insights and analyses focused on acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. Oversee and improve translation quality for localized content (e.g., pt-BR) across app, website, and marketing assets. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, Digital Marketing, or related roles. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau). Hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills both in English and Brazilian Portuguese. Project management skills. Familiarity with A/B testing, automation platforms, and performance measurement. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience in crypto and/or fintechs is a plus.
