Responsável pelas atividades de planejamento financeiro e orçamento bem como contratações e aquisições, realizando o acompanhamento de orçado e realizado, forecast, provisão bem como rotinas nos sistemas de suporte e condução de processo de contrações e pagamentos de fornecedores para garantir o adequado controle financeiro e operacional.
Principais Atividades- Elaborar e acompanhar Budget, Forecast, CAPEX e OPEX, incluindo provisões e análises de variação Real x Plan.- Controlar e acompanhar contratos, aquisições e pagamentos a fornecedores, assegurando conformidade com políticas internas e requisitos SOX.
- Realizar fechamento contábil e atividades relacionadas no SAP (carga, conferência e gestão documental).
- Preparar e reportar KPIs, relatórios mensais e estudos de tendências para melhoria contínua.
- Automatizar e criar processos, e controles através de aplicativos do pacote office 365 (Ex. PBI, Power Automate, Forms, Share Point, Power Apps) e outras ferramentas de automação.
Experiência em empresas de grande porte, preferencialmente multinacionais, com atuação em ambientes corporativos de alta complexidade e forte governança.Experiência em áreas de Controladoria, Planejamento e Controle, Finanças Corporativas ou Auditoria Interna / Externa.
DiferencialExperiência em ter passado por BIG 4 e pelo tributário no setor de telecomunicações.
Domínio de Ferramenta WS Office 365 e PBI.
Gestão de dadosGestão de dados será um diferencial.
