If you are driven by purpose, passionate about growth and innovation, and ready to make an impact on a global scale, then we could be a perfect match What You Will Do Define and execute the VFS Brazil commercial strategy ensuring sustainable growth and customer satisfaction using VPS to drive continuous improvement. Lead business development initiatives, expanding our customer base and strengthening partnerships with dealers, customers, and Volvo Group business areas. Build and maintain strategic relationships with dealer networks and key customers, ensuring alignment, partnership, and mutual profitability. Oversee end-to-end financing operations, ensuring competitiveness, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. Drive the rental business strategy, optimizing fleet utilization, profitability, and customer experience. Continuously improve the Customer Experience end-to-end journey, guide marketing and communication strategies to reinforce brand positioning and accelerate business performance. Work actively to continuously develop the commercial team members, empowering the team to perform and own their future. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence. Leverage data, insights, and market trends to anticipate opportunities and influence strategic decisions. Represent VFS in high-level internal and external forums, acting as a key ambassador for the Volvo Group. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, strong financial acumen, and hands‑on leadership to drive transformation and long‑term success. Your future team You will be part of the VFS Brazil Management Team, reporting directly to the President, and working in close collaboration with other business area leaders across Global VFS. This is an on‑site position based in Curitiba, offering a dynamic environment with high visibility and strategic impact and requires frequent travel. Who you are? We are looking for a visionary, results‑oriented leader who thrives in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate degree preferred. People oriented with proven experience leading large teams and commercial operations within financial services, leasing/rental, or the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of financing products, P&L management, and business strategy. Experience with marketing, customer experience and customer engagement strategies. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and execution excellence. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
