**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and maintain back end components using C# and.NET framework.
- Implement and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in back end development using the Microsoft stack.
- Proficiency in C#,.NET framework, and SQL.
- Experience with IIS configuration and management.
- Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in agile development environments.
