Day In The Life As a Packaging Engineer at Monster Energy, you'll dive into the world of energy drinks, teaming up with dynamic departments such as Supply Operations, Quality, NPD, Finance, and Brand Managers. You’ll work with bottlers, packaging and equipment suppliers, leading projects focused on manufacturing, productivity and innovation. You’ll be the hero of quality audits, validations and troubleshooting adventures, tackling every packaging challenge head‑on. You’ll discover new suppliers, cutting‑edge packaging solutions, optimize OEE and pioneer process improvements across Monster’s network. You’ll help create and enhance production lines, shaping the future of our beverages. The Impact You'll Make Support the development, validation and launch of new packages on local markets. Assist with new packaging initiatives for Monster in international markets. Manage supplier information, specifications and quotes for packaging. Work closely with packaging suppliers on qualification, quality assurance, productivity, audit and troubleshooting. Align product development, manufacturing and supply availability plans for new product launches. Coordinate with supply operations to source co‑packing solutions for new packaging innovation. Source best‑in‑class packaging and filling technology to support efficiency and optimization, driving improvements in equipment capability. Manage quotes and budgets for capital expenditures, obtain approval for business cases and new line development. Evaluate feedback to identify and segment key stakeholders, understand their needs and design communication strategies. Align and prioritize projects with key business stakeholders and regional leadership; support a regular review of stakeholder needs and communication routines. Who You Are Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing and packaging. 3–5 years of experience in product development, specifically in the beverage industry. Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Power BI. Experience with ERP software (SAP preferred) and strong understanding of MRP. Project management knowledge, fluent in English.
