Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As a senior business analyst, you will play a key role in helping us drive business growth through data-driven insights. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience in business intelligence to develop actionable recommendations for our stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and SQL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement data solutions, and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decision‑making Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and design data solutions Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in business intelligence Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis Strong background in SQL and data modeling Excellent data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Comprehensive health insurance Retirement plan with company match Flexible paid time off policy Opportunities for professional growth and development Others We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including the above benefits.
