**What we offer**
**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**:
A key service for customers during operations phase at SAP is the SAP ECS - Cloud Application Services (SAP CAS). The mission of SAP CAS is to maximize customer success in the run phase of SAP software lifecycle by taking over responsibility for smooth end to end operations and lowering customers total cost of operation.
Our Delivery Center is planning to enhance its capacities for professional delivery management of on-premise, cloud or hybrid customer engagements and is offering the position for a "SAP Application consultant for ETD Ops, Alert Monitoring and Security Services".
In close cooperation with our partners, you will work on the entire ETD (Enterprise Threat Detection) life cycle, the end-2-end processes, solve technical problems, alert monitoring, support and deliver security Services to our customers and act as an advisor and problem solver to clients and our partners:
- Monitor alerts and react appropriately
- Comprehensive analysis of the occurrence of an alert
- Propose appropriate mitigations
- Inform the customer regularly
- Create customer-specific patterns
- Helping customers reduce alerts
- Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational processes
- Deliver high quality and ensure stable operations
- Supporting new colleagues during onboarding
- Deliver security services to our customers.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex environments
- Strong security related background in SAP Solutions and SAP technology and products
- Good understanding of Alert Monitoring and mitigation
- Good understanding of threat handling and SIEM (Security Information Event Management).
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:
- Working experience in SAP Solutions, SAP technology and products
- Working Experience with Log Collectors, SIEM and in threat monitoring for Applications
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Native Portuguese speaking. Fluent in English. Advanced in Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
- At least 4 years professional experience and three years as a consultant
- Expert in at least one related topic to SIEM / threat monitoring.
**LOCATION**:
São Leopoldo or São Paulo, Brazil.
**EXPECTED TRAVEL**:
0-30%
