Summary:

The intern will form part of our Translation Project Management team. The candidate will primarily be responsible for providing support on Translation projects in accordance to the standards of our company.

Position responsibilities:

Providing support on different phases of Translation projectsLooking for corresponding linguists in the data baseNegotiate with freelance translators and proofreadersPrepare job folders and files for translationEnsure deadlines are met with the linguists according to projectsPreparing trackers, job folders and files for subsequent translations or media team tasksIssuing POs for vendorsPotentially carry out linguistic/non-linguistic final eyes to ensure the final product meets clients´ needs

Essential skills and experience required:

Be able to sign an internship agreement between NUBE and the University you are enrolled inExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an assetExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skillsEffective time managementSome linguistic/translation backgroundGood communication skillsProactive, can-do attitude
