Employer Industry: Experiential Hospitality and Event Management Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $175,000 annually Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global leader in experiential hospitality Collaborative work environment with a focus on relationship-building Chance to lead innovative Salesforce solutions incorporating AI technologies Flexible in-office work schedule, requiring only 1-2 days in the office per week Comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement, and paid time off What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead full lifecycle Salesforce Sales Cloud designs, implementations, and enhancements, integrating AI capabilities Architect and deliver advanced automated solutions to streamline workflows and boost productivity Collaborate with sales, service, IT, and senior stakeholders to address challenges and develop scalable solutions Manage project timelines, team resources, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies Drive adoption through training and change management initiatives What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum 6 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on Sales Cloud Deep expertise in the Sales Cloud platform, including both declarative and programmatic capabilities Advanced skills in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, reports, dashboards, and API integrations Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Administrator I/II, Data Architect How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Knowledge of third-party tools and platforms that integrate with Salesforce Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Data Cloud Additional certifications such as Agentforce Specialist, Business Analyst, or Platform Developer I/II Experience with CRM Analytics and incorporating observability tools into Salesforce Understanding of autonomous AI agents for workflow automation within Salesforce #ExperientialHospitality #Salesforce #CareerOpportunity #AIIntegration #RemoteWorkFlexibility We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
