Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**As a(n) Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:* Support the Board of Directors (BoD) and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.* Maintain and refine internal processes that support the BoD, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.* Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.* Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that Board of Directors' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.* Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to BoD.* Manage BoD travel logistics and activities.* Provide administrative and office support, such as preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, document management and project trackers.* Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.* Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.**Your Skills and Expertise**To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.* Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar.* Previous experience as Executive Assistant is required.* Advanced English.* Position is exclusive for **Person with Disability.**Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details.* Be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.**Work location:**Remote (with availability to be at the office when requested)**Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.****Supporting Your Well-being**Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
