Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our sales operations team. This role will ensure seamless execution of sales projects, from initial inquiry to project completion. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all project details, ensuring timely communication and documentation. Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and timelines. Review project scopes to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and completeness. Monitor project progress and proactively address any delays or issues. Assist in developing quotes, proposals, and supporting documents. Track sales pipeline activities and follow-ups through CRM systems. Collaborate with operations, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular updates to clients on project status, schedules, and next steps. Maintain positive client relationships and support repeat business. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, vendors, and clients. Organize and maintain all project files, documentation, and communication history. Ensure all documents meet quality and compliance standards. Support budgeting, cost estimates, procurement, and expense tracking. Review vendor pricing, purchase orders, and order confirmations. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools is essential.
