- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and align hiring with quarterly goals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within high-growth tech or startup environments
- Proven success in hiring for GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in modern sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment, particularly in the tech sector
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and community engagement strategies
