About The Role Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in the Business and Sales areas, ensuring agility, quality, and strategic alignment. Conduct consultative intake sessions with hiring managers to define the ideal profile, attraction strategy, and process timeline. Develop and execute sourcing campaigns using advanced techniques such as Boolean search, talent mapping, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates, including passive talent, through strategic approaches. Conduct behavioral interviews and apply validated assessment tools to compile the final candidate shortlist. Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers in the final decision-making and offer package definition, in collaboration with HRBP and Compensation. Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey, with clear communication and complete information recorded in the recruitment system. About You Você tem experiência comprovada em recrutamento end-to-end, focado em Business, Sales ou funções relacionadas a SaaS Solutions. Possui habilidades consultivas e constrói relacionamentos facilmente com stakeholders em diversos níveis. É proficiente em técnicas de sourcing, incluindo Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter e outreach a talentos passivos. Fluente em Português e possui inglês intermediário a avançado, com excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. Capaz de gerir múltiplas funções simultaneamente, mantendo organização e foco em resultados. É referência em melhores práticas de recrutamento, experiência do candidato e inteligência de mercado. Contribuiu para o desenvolvimento de outros recrutadores, compartilhando conhecimento e melhores práticas. O que iremos te oferecer?
