Job Role We are seeking a seasoned logistics expert to fill a critical position in our organization. This role requires an individual with extensive knowledge of SAP LES functionalities, including shipping, transportation, warehouse execution, and overall logistics processes. Provide high-level functional support for SAP LES modules and integrated logistics processes. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to shipping, transportation, warehouse execution, picking/packing, delivery processing, and goods movement. Analyze root causes, propose corrective actions, and ensure long-term system stability. Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/development) for debugging, fixes, and enhancements. Gather business requirements for enhancements and new functional requests. Design, configure, and implement SAP LES enhancements aligned with business needs. Support regression testing, integration testing, and UAT for deployments. Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and operational efficiency. Work closely with business users in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide user guidance/documentation. Communicate clearly with stakeholders about status, timelines, and technical solutions. Key Skills: 3–7+ years of hands-on SAP LES experience, including configuration and support. Strong understanding of logistics execution processes, shipping, transportation, warehouse activities, and goods movement. Prior experience in AMS/production support environments. Knowledge of integration points with SD, MM, WM/EWM, and related supply chain modules. Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
