Responsibilities- Lead the execution and enhancement of the Risk Control Framework, including control testing and reporting
- Oversee the incident management process, ensuring timely resolution and strategic analysis of trends and provide expert support in the issuance of operational risk opinions for strategic initiatives
- Coordinate BCM activities across departments, ensuring compliance and readiness
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to business needs and regulatory requirements
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and support the development of dashboards and reports
- Lead the outsourcing risk assessment process, including onboarding and annual reviews (ORA)
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to operational risk and internal control testing
- Solid understanding of operational risk management and regulations applied to banking institutions and the financial market
- Ability to interpret and apply internal risk policies and external regulations
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of operational risk frameworks, regulatory requirements
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements related to operational risks and internal controls
- Expertise in incident analysis, control testing, and BCM execution
- Ability to develop and interpret risk indicators and dashboards
- Advanced knowledge of internal controls; experience with COSO framework is a strong differentiator
- Two working days a year volunteering for a local charity
