Job Summary

Amazon is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives . This remote position is ideal for individuals located in Brazil who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are eager to represent one of the worlds most customer-centric companies. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional support via phone, chat, or email. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining Amazons high standards for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, chat, email)

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly

  • Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary

  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality metrics

  • Follow Amazon policies and procedures to uphold the companys standards and integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)

  • Proficiency in English (for internal communication and training)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • High level of empathy and patience

  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or related roles is a plus

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital customer service tools is advantageous

  • New graduates with a customer-focused attitude are also encouraged to apply

Working Hours

  • Must be flexible to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Scheduled hours may vary weekly depending on business needs

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of basic computer and internet troubleshooting

  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems is a bonus

  • High degree of adaptability and willingness to learn
