Champion engineering best practices—automated testing, peer reviews, observability, and elegant design Lead and influence architecture decisions that prioritize scalability and simplicity Seek feedback, iterate fast, and balance innovation with reliability Approach development with empathy—understanding how your work supports both our partners and their communities Mentor others and help foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture Experience You BringYou care about writing great code and solving the right problems.
