Somos uma consultoria especializada em SAP e Outsourcing, com 10 anos de experiência e mais de 100 projetos realizados em empresas de todos os portes. Estamos buscando um profissional experiente para liderar como PMO em nosso cliente global. Você será responsável por definir e monitorar indicadores de desempenho, gerenciar backlog, cronogramas e garantir o sucesso dos Go Lives, além de criar dashboards estratégicos para suporte à tomada de decisão. Responsabilidades Transformar a dinâmica da equipe, promovendo transparência, alinhamento das entregas e colaboração entre times globais Atuação direta na migração do SAP, garantindo governança dos processos e suporte estratégico ao PO Criar e acompanhar métricas que resultem em redução de bugs críticos, aumento da produtividade e eficiência operacional Estruturar a equipe em um modelo otimizado, assegurando foco nas demandas estratégicas e sustentação do ambiente SAP pós-Go Live Garantir alinhamento com áreas funcionais e Product Owner, assegurando entregas dentro do prazo Mitigar riscos operacionais e garantir estabilidade durante os períodos de Go Live das migrações Desenvolver painéis analíticos para monitoramento do projeto e suporte à tomada de decisão baseada em dados Requisitos Experiência comprovada em liderança de PMO, preferencialmente em projetos de migração SAP global Forte entendimento de metodologias ágeis e práticas de gestão de projetos Habilidade em criar e apresentar relatórios executivos e dashboards gerenciais Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente multicultural Inglês avançado para comunicação Certificações relevantes em gestão de projetos (como PMP, Prince2) são desejáveis Atuação 100% remota #J-18808-Ljbffr
