Executive Assistant – Finance Director (Brazil) Job Summary We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Finance Director in Brazil. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistant responsibilities: you will play a key role in integrating the Finance area, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across the team. You will organize meetings, support team‑building activities, manage purchase orders, and handle other administrative functions within the Finance Department. This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable working with both traditional office tools and modern digital solutions. This position is based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil. Tetra Pak does not offer work visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.
