About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in Python and FastAPI to join our remote team. You will develop and maintain our web application, focusing on backend development and contributing across the full stack. This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects, utilize your technical skills, and collaborate globally.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and requirements
  • Develop backend applications using FastAPI from scratch
  • Implement APIs and integrate third-party services and databases
  • Write clean, scalable, and reusable code
  • Implement authentication and authorization
  • Work with design and backend teams to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment

Note: This is a short-term project lasting 3 months.

Must Haves
  • 4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with a proven track record
  • Strong experience with Python and FastAPI
  • Understanding of scalable web application architecture
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Git and GitHub Actions
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to high-uncertainty environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
