Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $244,300 Quarterly bonus based on performance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible remote work environment Chance to make a tangible impact on national defense and aerospace innovation What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead opportunity creation and early pipeline development across targeted defense and aerospace accounts Expand organic growth within existing customers by identifying new program opportunities Develop and present compelling value propositions to stakeholders, including C-suite executives Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring alignment with growth objectives Mentor and support other sales managers to foster a high-performance sales culture What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development within the aerospace and defense industry Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and closing complex, high-value deals Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing models and margin analysis U.S. Citizenship required How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Active security clearance is highly desirable Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies Military service is valued; veterans are encouraged to apply #Defense #Aerospace #SalesManager #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
